How quickly will I receive a reply?

Usually within 1 to 2 business days. We reply in German and English. We provide support in writing so every response is clearly documented.

Where can I see the status of my order?

After dispatch, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking link. You can check the latest status in your account at any time. Please include your order number if you contact us.

Where does the price advantage come from?

We buy in large lots and pass the purchasing advantage on. Stock per item is limited.

How does withdrawal work and who pays the return shipping costs?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. You can exercise it by email or through our withdrawal form. The buyer pays the return shipping costs. Custom-made or cut-to-size goods are excluded.
