How quickly will I get a reply?

Usually within 1–2 working days. We reply in German and English. We do not offer phone support, so every answer stays traceable in writing.

Where can I see the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a DHL tracking link. You can check the current status in your account at any time. If you have questions, please give us your order number.

Where does the price advantage come from?

We buy in bulk and pass the purchasing advantage on to you. Stock per item is limited.

How does withdrawal work, and who pays for the return?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. You can declare your withdrawal informally by email or via our withdrawal button. The buyer bears the cost of the return. Goods made to order or cut to size are excluded.
