Which dishes work best on the wok burner?

On the Grill Guru Double Easy Asia wok burner set You can cook classic Asian dishes such as fried rice, noodle pans, stir-fry vegetables, curries and quick-fried meat particularly well.

Thanks to the direct heat under the wok, vegetables stay crispy, meat gets nice roasted aromas and you can also simply move “normal” pan dishes outside.

How do I care for and clean the wok and the set?

You should burn the carbon steel wok before using it for the first time and then clean it with warm water and the included bamboo cleaner if possible so that a natural patina develops.

After cleaning, dry the wok well and rub it lightly with oil to prevent it from rusting - you should avoid aggressive detergents or scouring pads.
