Does this cover also fit the black Max G30D?

Technically yes, because the design is identical. However, this part islight gray(specific to the white G30L). The color of the black G30D would be very noticeable. For the G30D you need the dark gray version.

Is the reflector sticker included?

No, this is the pure plastic support part (the cover). The yellow or orange reflector stickers must be purchased separately or carefully transferred from the old part.

Where exactly is this part installed?

It is screwed to the side of the front or rear wheel fork above the wheel nuts. It protects the nuts from dirt and holds the reflector.
