Yes, the rim has a braking surface and is therefore suitable for the additional use of rim brakes.

Are the necessary accessories for connecting the brake and dynamo included?

The delivery includes the complete wheel with the hub. The plug for the dynamo connection as well as the brake cable and lever for the drum brake are not part of this offer.
