Important instructions

For integration into the VanMoof app, activation by VanMoof Support is required. To do this, send the serial number of the frame and the MAC address of the cartridge to receive the required QR code for activation. Activation is at the sole discretion of Support.

Return and Spare Parts

In accordance with EU law, you can return the Smart Cartridge within 14 days in an unused condition and in its original packaging. Tampered or damaged items cannot be returned. Each shipment is photographically documented and returns of items not purchased from us will be reported.
