Is the yellow reflector already included?

No. This offer only includes the black plastic part ("eight angle"). The reflector (the cat's eye) is not included. In most cases the old reflector can be reused.

Does this cover also fit the old Xiaomi M365?

No. The old M365 had flat caps without a reflector recess. This part is specifically for the newer models (1S, Pro 2, Essential) which are designed for side reflectors.

This is the manufacturer's name on the label. It describes the position (rear/angle/corner) and confirms that it is the correct part for your rear wheel.
